Northern Chords Festival photography Exhibition - 100 Faces

This year as part of the Northern Chords Festival, Gateshead Council is supporting a community performance of Ligeti's Symphony for 100 Metronomes and an exhibition of photographs of the 100 Faces of the participants taking part in this unique performance at the Sage Gateshead. Gateshead's Heritage - A History in Pictures Exhibition

Gateshead Libraries hold some beautiful prints and pictures of Gateshead as it used to be from the industrial heritage and urban streets to the changing face of the river and the countryside. For the exhibition the local studies team have delved into the archive to find the gems included in this exhibition and for lovers of the region and history a small number of prints have been made and mounted for sale during the exhibition. A wonderful unique gift and a rare insight into the changing face of Gateshead.

 


GemArts Presents WILD from Appetite Dance Productions
