The Singing Wind: Winter Festival Performance at St Mary's Heritage Centre

Guided by the wind the boy travels to the four corners of the earth learning of the power, value and wonder of fire, earth, water, and wind. This performance to delight all ages, blends folk tales and myths from Greece, Norway, Africa and the North American Plains. One of the regions most beloved storytellers, Chris Bostock’s stories will navigate the globe on this heroic journey. Composer and performer Ken Patterson has created a truly global score of music from around the world – where-ever the wind blows! Performed in the round and styled by award winning designer Alison Ashton, you and your family will find yourselves right at the heart of the performance. So join us at St Mary's for our always unforgettable, annual Winter Festival performance.
