Tyneside Fiddle Alliance

St. Mary’s Heritage Centre hosts this tremendous gathering of fiddle players. Led largely by the members of the regions foremost Fiddle Ensemble ‘Bottle Bank Band’, the fiddlers share their joy in playing and their musical skills to the development of fiddle playing on Tyneside. If you have a love for playing traditional tunes and musical heritage then this group is for you. The alliance welcomes a range of abilities. 1st and 3rd Thursday of every month, 6.30 – 8.30pm £6 payable on door If you are a more experienced player why not come along on the third Thursday of each month and join in the informal session after the workshop.
