Decision Making Committees

By law, certain decisions cannot be made by the Cabinet. These are mainly decisions which relate to granting permissions or licences, hearing appeals and certain personnel matters. There are also committees for dealing with contracts and employment issues.

The Council has set up a number of committees to deal with these matters:
